The application of spray to deliver impingement to the surface area of primarily flat surface parts is effective in achieving a wide range of cleanliness. Consider the blast of a fire hose contained in a relatively small area. General soils can be quickly stripped from parts in single stage systems, while virtually limitless levels of cleanliness can be accomplished by increasing the flow GPM, pressure, number of stages, and then tuning the delivery (nozzle to part distance). The technology is just as safe for lightweight parts as it is for transformers weighing 25,000-lbs. or more. ACT directed spray systems are available in dozens of configurations or completely custom formats for batch or continuous processing. Wash, rinse, and dry. Our specialty is configuring the manifolds and fixturing the parts to take full advantage of the available power from hundreds of gallons of solution directed at workloads. Closed loop designs conserve water and avoid discharge concerns while our food service designs offer sanitizing rinses to meet FDA regulations. |
