ACT’s batch cleaning systems reflect decades of research and development, that is continually evolving. Front load systems or top load systems offer flexibility to the end user to suit specific applications.
Continuous throughput demands require engineering systems with the proper active zone lengths, as well as buffers to be sure cross contamination is minimized, and processing achieves the project objectives. Parts travel directly on the conveyor belt, in carriers, or in baskets or fixtures conveyed by monorail. This picture shows a dual-purpose design.
