A custom SMART CLEAN system with known clean solution delivery to ensure cleanliness batch after batch. What is “known clean”? The need to clean parts with immersion processes to penetrate threads will normally create a dirtier and dirtier bath. This is despite the use of filtration on the process tank. It stands to reason that there is imply not enough time to fully filter the bath between stages. ACT solved this dilemma by creating high solution transfer from the process bath to Beta-5000 filtration tanks with fully automated and programmed valve controls. Thus, the last portion of every cycle is deluged with only known clean solutions!
