DOWN HOLE STATOR TUBE PROCESSING SYSTEM
The customer needed to expand operations to keep up with it’s customer demand. The problem was that the original vendor of the existing machine was overseas with an excessive lead time. With ACT’s state of the art manufacturing facility just a few hours away, and having built other machines for their shop, ACT was tasked to build a large immersion system with incredible solution flow.
ACT Solution
The system was built to the client’s specifications and could clean and process up to (4) 30- foot stator tubes at one time.
This stator cleaning system utilized advanced jet technology and blasts heated solution at upwards of 400 gallons per minute. Filtration in-line effectively minimizes the potential for soil redeposition.
Conclusion: ACT completed the project on budget and on schedule.
