The Problem

Manufacturing hydraulic components has the potential of leaving foreign object debris (FOD) inside the components that can foul hydraulic system filters or worse.

ACT Solution

ACT model F32X- The system provides three separate channels to flush components with selectable flow and pressures. Inlet and outlet ports can also be selected to customize the flushing action. All fluid is stringently filtered to ultra-low micron ratings and treated with ozone for long-term recyclability.  Sampling ports allow for the collection and analysis of fluid exiting components. The lighted workspace is visible by operators from outside the system at the HMI.
